Do you feel old, forgetful or weak? Well, maybe aging has great effects to you. Like what Marilyn Monroe once said, “I want to grow old without facelifts... I want to have the courage to be loyal to the face I've made. Sometimes I think it would be easier to avoid old age, to die young, but then you'd never complete your life, would you? You'd never wholly know you.” There really are other remedies or ways to stay young, look young and act young, but you can’t stop being old as it will complete the “you” that you ought to. So, this article will not give you medical anti aging techniques or how to stay young but tips how to cope with getting “there”(old age).


The Mental Age

Let’s have the first stop- the brain. It is the center of all the processes in the body. It is the root of all perspectives of a man, thus, it also gives you the idea that, maybe, you’re getting older. There was a study conducted to a group of nuns. Those who are educated and had the convenience of continuing their learning process have had fewer instances for Alzheimer’s disease. This study would like to imply that making your brain work will keep your mind healthy. You have to practice your neurological capabilities through learning a new language, reading facts, solving puzzles or simply thinking about possible innovations. Remember, a healthy brain will give you a healthy memory- a vital need in growing old.

Meditate

Stress is one of the best aging-inviting factors for both for men and women. This factor is inevitable as every person manages to have it in every day transactions, either in school, office or even in the train. This gives us a negative aura and feeling making our day saggy and low. Through meditation, you come to think of those things that give you stress or that tire you and when you learn to let those go, you can be happy. Seriously, the word here is happy. It is the simplest thing that a man needs but has to be acquired through complex ways. A happy perspective gives your physical attributes a boost to work and this will make your day younger. Small things make big things.

“Just diet it”

A good diet a day, keeps the doctor away. This one is an innovation, but surely works. The 21st century introduces us to the most luscious and indulging foods ever made. But have we found the best question to ask ourselves? Are these foods healthy? Will these give me the nutrients I need to stay strong? A study was conducted about the right consumption of food and it suggests that we intake 5 servings of fruit and vegetables and 3 servings of whole grain. This is of the most appealing and effective anti aging techniques ever found. Eating the right foods will give you the right shape you need for your age. Nature is always at its best- that is the least thing to worry for.

These three things to consider, either they are anti aging techniques or not, the fact that you are living a healthy life, then, you are living the right life- and this will give you the youth and satisfaction you are looking for.
